We provide real estate appraisal and consultation services on many types of property and various estate and ownership interests, such as partial interests and life estates. Some examples of property types include office, commercial and retail properties; industrial properties; land and ranches; lodging and hospitality; and various special use properties.

The appraisals meet the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Appraisal Institute's Code of Professional Ethics.
